The Mineral Point girls volleyball team had more action in Onalaska on Thursday. The ladies went 3-2 on the day which was an improvement from the previous day, after going 1-4. Their wins came against Northwestern, Boscobel, and Baldwin-Woodville. Their losses came to Cumberland and Sparta. “We played better as a team and had more positive attitudes and more energy” said senior Nicole Johnson. Although they lost two matches, the two losses were very close and could have gone either way. As the Onalaska Sprawl came to an end, the pointers finished 3rd in the bronze bracket.
