The number 3 seed Mineral Point Pointers defeated the number 2 seed River Ridge Timberwolves on the Timberwolves home court 3 to 1 Thursday night to move to Saturday’s regional finals.  The visitors won the first two games by scores of 25 to 23 and 25 to 17 before losing game three 22 to 25.  The Pointers then dominated the fourth game 25 to 12 to move to Saturday’s regional final at number one seed Darlington.   Game time is set for 7:00.
