Prairie du Chien Tramples Pointer Freshmen

Freshmen football stumbled again in a 0-27 loss to Prairie du Chien. The offense couldn’t get anything going as the defense couldn’t get a stop either. It looked promising for the Pointers early in the first quarter as Jaxson Wendhausen and Alan James forced a fumble that Alan James recovered. Following, the Pointers had to punt after not getting a first down. Nothing else happened in the first half. Prairie du Chien was up 7-0 at halftime. Prairie du Chien outpowered the Pointers in the second half and ended up blowing them out. The Freshman team will play on September 30 against Lancaster at home.
