Saturday afternoon, the Pointers traveled to Potosi and defeated the Chieftains 82 to 55. The Pointers were led by freshman phenom Eli Lindsey, who had 18 points. Bodie Bossert chipped in 14, and Dominick McVay and Bryce Achreman had 13 points, respectively. Acherman pulled down 8 rebounds, and Lindsey had 6. Leyten Bowers chipped in 4 assists, and Bossert tailed 4 steals. Freshman Eli Lindsey on the game, “We moved the ball well and our 1-3-1 was suffocating.” In JV action, the Pointers were once again victorious. They were led by 17 points from Brady Radtke and 12 from Jaxson Whenhausen. The Pointers look to keep their success going as they travel to Riverdale Tuesday night to face the Chieftains.
