Last night in boys basketball the Pointers defeated Iowa-Grant 63 to 49. Joah Filardo had 12 points on the night, Eli Lindsey and Leyten Bowers had 11 each while Dominik McVay along with Bodie Bossert each had 8. The Pointers also used a team effort on the boards: Joah Filardo and Eli Lindsey had 8 each while Leyten Bowers and Owen Ward had 7 and 6 respectively. Leyten also had 4 assists and Dominik 3 steals. The Pointers move to 18-2 on the year with the biggest game of the year coming this Thursday against the Cuba City Cubans at home, JV at 6 with varsity to follow.
