Last night the girls traveled to Riverdale to play the Riverdale Chieftains. Taking the court first, JV swept the Chieftans winning 70-28. The leading scorers were Bre Gonninin with 13 and Eliza Ingwell with 12.

Coming into the Varsity game, everyone was excited with Mallory Lindsey only having to score 10 points to hit her 1000 points! Varsity defeated the Chieftans 87-25. Leading scorers were Mallory Lindsey with 20 points being the 9th Point girl to score over 1000 points, Blair Watters with 16, and Kennedy Wenger with 11. Senior Mallory Lindsey commented on the night, “It was a pretty cool experience to accomplish the 1,000 point scoring hump with this team around me. I wouldn’t be able to do it without them! The game itself was another good stepping stone for our team as we continue to keep our end goals in mind.” Come support the girls at their home game on Friday, February 11th.
