Last night the girls took on Iowa-Grant at home with that being their last game in the regular season. To start off the night JV took on the Panthers and won 59-34 with leading scorers being Olivia Wilson 17 and Morgan Lee with 12. The JV girls only lost one game throughout the season with a record of 20-1.

After the JV game, the Varsity girls took the court and were victorious against the Panther 81-18. The Pointer Varsity girls were undefeated this year with a record of 24-0. In the win, the leading scorers were Blair Watter 23, Kennedy Wenger 12, and Katelyn Cox with 10. Senior #13 Ella Chambers said, “I thought we played really well! Our post players did a nice job the whole game playing off of each other and the bench came out and played hard when they were on the floor. Need to keep this momentum going into tournament!”. The girls are approaching playoff time and being the number one seed they will play against the winner of Darlington and Melrose – Mindoro on Friday night the 25th at 7 o’clock.
