The Pointer varsity team got a huge win, 5-3, against the Wildcats, a rival conference opponent. The Pointers scored 4 runs in the 6th inning to overpower the Wildcats. Bo Hanson picked up the win. Dominik McVay also pitched 4 solid innings in the win. This week’s Player of The Game goes to Leyton Bowers. Leyton Bowers was flashy on the field, and amazing with the bat. Leyton was one of the few batters for the Pointers with a hit up until the 6th inning. Dominik McVay said in the win, “This was a huge step to trying to win the conference.” The Pointers improved to a record of 13-2.
