Mineral Point Girls Wrestling at Muskego

On Saturday, January 15, 2023, the Mineral Point girl wrestlers traveled to Muskego for an all-girls tournament. Dealya Collins and Kylie Rule wrestled for Mineral Point High School. The tournament was set up as a scramble with winners wrestling winners, and losers wrestling losers.
To start the day, Dealya received a bye and Kylie won with a fall of 0:59 over a girl from Wisconsin Lutheran.
Dealya then went on to win with a fall of 2:49 against a girl from Holmen and Kylie won with a fall of 1:08 against a girl from Chilton/Hilbert.
Kylie went on to win the rest of her matches with a fall of 1:45, 1:56, and 3:03.
Dealya continued to wrestle winning 2 out of her 3 matches the rest of the day.
Overall, Dealya placed 2nd and Kylie placed 1st. Both girls had an amazing weekend in Muskego!
