Laci Lindsey followed with 14 points and Bre Goninen came off the bench as sixth man and scored 9 points including a three. Last night the Pointers traveled to Belleville to take on the Wildcats in a non-conference game. There was no JV game to report on. In varsity action, the Pointers took the court at 6 P.M. It was a crazy game starting right from the locker room. Katelyn brought the wrong color jersey so there was confusion and some jersey swaps were made. Two Pointers scored in double figures following the mixup. Kennedy Wenger led the Pointers with 21 points followed by Katelyn Cox who had 18 points followed by three other Pointers who had six points each. In the end, the Pointers came out with a well-fought win over the Wildcats with a score of 66-46, advancing their overall record to 12-4. The Pointers will continue their season at home this Thursday taking on the Fennimore Eagles.
