Saloniki Greek To Expand With Two New Boston Locations

BOSTON, MA – A popular local Greek restaurant group is expanding its footprint in Boston with plans to open two new outlets in vibrant city neighborhoods this summer.

Taking Over Former Taqueria Spots

Saloniki is gearing up to launch new locations in Brighton and Allston. According to industry sources and local reports, the expansion is targeted for two former Amelia’s Taqueria spaces:

  • Brighton: Located on Beacon Street in Cleveland Circle.
  • Allston: Located on Brighton Avenue, just west of the Harvard Avenue intersection.

Opening Timelines

The rollout is moving quickly, providing a major boost to the local dining scene. The Allston location is aiming to open its doors by the end of this month, while the Brighton outlet is projected to welcome customers around July.

Growing Local Footprint

These two new spots will join Saloniki’s existing and highly popular network across the Greater Boston area. The brand currently operates successful locations in:

  • Cambridge: Harvard Square and MIT/Kendall Square.
  • Boston: Back Bay, Downtown, and the Fenway (which is currently transitioning to a brand-new space nearby).

The fast-casual Greek concept has built a strong local following for its customizable pitas, grain bowls, and authentic Mediterranean flavors.
