According to the New Castle County Division of Police, a juvenile and a young adult were walking through a wooded area off Miles Road on Sunday evening when they stumbled upon two ordinary-looking grocery shopping bags. However, the contents inside were anything but ordinary—they were filled with thousands of doses of suspected fentanyl.
A Massive “Brick” of Narcotics
