Last night, JVR, JV, and Varsity took on the Riverdale Chieftains for the second time this season. Previous to the Varsity game, the JVR and JV both played and went 2-1. The scores for JVR were, set 1: 25-16, set 2: 21-25, and set 3: 15-10. Then JV with scores of set 1: 25-18, set 2: 27-25, and set 3: 12-15. Varsity followed; they defeated the Chieftans with scores of set 1: 25-19, set 2: 25-20, and finally set 3: 25-11. This was an exciting game to watch and exciting to beat the Chieftains for the second time this season. After this big win, we asked Delaney Ross her thoughts about last night’s game. Delaney commented, “I thought we did a great job coming together as a team tonight, and it really showed on the court!” Make sure to come to the next home game for its senior night game on the 14th vs. Fennimore, be sure to dress up for our Halloween theme!
