Last night, the boys’ varsity defeated Boscobel 60 to 33 despite a slow start by the pointers. Joah Filardo led the winners with 21 points and Leyten Bowers added 14. Bryce Acherman and Owen Ward had 6 rebounds each. Dominik McVay had 5 assists and Bodie Bossert 4 steals on the night. In JV action, the boys came out hot demolishing the Bulldogs going into halftime with a 34-2 lead. The final score came out to 55-4. Alex Ross led the Pointers with 15 points while Jacob Phillips added 14. Pointer Varsity moves to 11-2 ranked 7th in Division 4, and the JV boys add to their 9 game winning streak moving to 10-1.
