Last Friday the girls headed down to Hazel Green to play the Southwestern Wildcats. To start it off for the night, JV had a great win 60-19 over the Wildcats with Eliza Ingwell having 13 and Olivia Wilson with 4. Then it was varsity’s turn with an aggressive win. The Pointers defeated the Wildcats 82-31. Mallory Lindsey had a great game scoring 30 points including 7 three-pointers and Blair Watters with 12 points. Junior #32 Kenndey Wenger added about the game “It was a physical game that got a little chippy. We stayed our course and played our game. It was a good team win.” Come support the girls as they travel to Riverdale on Tuesday.
