Pointers Defeat Fennimore Golden Eagles

The varsity girls competed in their first conference game of the season on Friday night as they took on the Fennimore Golden Eagles, defeating them with a score of 49-36. Their record advances to 4-0 and they remain undefeated. Katelyn Cox was the leading scorer of the night with 13 points followed by Ella Kroll adding 11 more in the victory.

The JV team also won their first conference game of the season, defeating the Golden Eagles 52-24. They were led by Liz Hoffman who had 16 points and Jerrie Jo Johnson added another 12 to the overall score.

The Pointers will be playing their second conference game of the season on December 6. They will be taking on the Platteville Hillmen, who currently have a record of 3-0. JV starts at 6 p.m. with varsity to follow.
