Over Christmas break, the Pointers had a huge day receiving their championship rings from the previous season. It was very special for the team, including the graduated 2022 seniors, and the coaching staff to receive their very well-deserved rings. Afterward, the team defeated the Janesville Parker Vikings with a score of 77-24. The Pointers were led in scoring by Belle Watters who had a great performance dropping 18 points. 

Later on in the break, the Pointers traveled up to the Wisconsin Dells to take on the Monona Grove Silver Eagles from Division 2. The Pointers fell to the Silver Eagles with a score of 55-42. Even though they lost, the Pointers still had two starters in double figures. Katelyn Cox led with 13 points while Laci Lindsey added 11 points of her own.
