Pointer Girls Basketball Takes on Southwestern Wildcats
On Monday night, the Pointers hosted the Southwestern Wildcats for a make-up conference game.
JV took the victory over the Wildcats with a score of 60 to 19. The Pointers were led by sophomore Izzy Dannenberg who had 16 points and sophomore Reagan Galle who had 12.
Varsity then took the floor to try and increase their overall record to 20 and 5. The Pointers won big with a score of 62 to 18. They were led by senior Kennedy Wenger who had 17 points and senior Katelyn Cox who added 11.
The Pointers will travel to Iowa Grant to take on the Panthers this Thursday.
